If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us by e-mail to check whether there is a problem with your order. Before doing so, please check your spam or junk mail folder, in case the confirmation has been redirected.
There is a short period of time between placing your order and its processing. If you contact us immediately after placing your order by e-mail, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed; otherwise, once the order has been dispatched, you will have the opportunity to return it.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all labels. We also offer exchanges at no extra charge in the event of a problem with delivery or if you receive a damaged parcel.
